We love to visit a quiet, secluded little place that happens to be one of Georgia's finest State Parks.
The beauty of the park is breathtaking at sunset.
The Ranger is a friendly guy that doesn't seem to meet a stranger. He patrols the park keeping an eye on the wildlife and making sure all visitors have a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
If you show up at the right time, you might even be invited to stay for an oyster roast.
And for the hot summer months, there are several pools or ponds...or maybe even puddles of water to dip down in and cool off.
Nothing like a visit to this State Park and nothing like its' Ranger!
