Our first child, and only girl:), turned 5 this week!
We celebrated with cupcakes!
Well...she ate only a little dog biscuit, but we enjoyed some sweet cupcakes!
As Jay and Hannan were playing in the back yard the other day, Hannan said to Abby, "Hey Girlfriend! Hey Abby-girl!"
Jay just laughed and asked him where he heard that and Hannan said, "That's what Mama says!"
It made me laugh because I never really realized that I called her my 'girlfriend', but now that I think about it, I guess that is how I refer to her OFTEN.
It only reminds me to watch my words around those little ears...they are ALWAYS listening and taking notes.
