Last year in La Esperanza, Lela and our friend Marshall prayed for Spiritual Freedom and Healing over an Unknown Family on the Streets of Honduras. Afterwards, the family was given a Holy Bible...God the Healer of the Heart.

For all of you who have been keeping up with our blog, you likely watched a recent post of Uncle Jim singing the song "Healer" by Planetshakers/Hillsong (scroll down to previous blogs). God gave us that song through Uncle Jim and it has spoken so much truth and life into everything we went through with Baby Hannan while we were awaiting his arrival. God was faithful and answered the prayers for Hannan's physical healing. Even now we watch and listen and can't help but be completely humbled and moved by the strength and passion of the words, because of its applicability to every circumstance.
Since having a very healthy 6lb. 6 oz. baby boy, we have continued to be inspired by the power of the song, not just because of us, but because of the truth it speaks to a very broken planet, full of sickness and disease, spiritual brokenness, hurting souls, ravaged hearts, all accompanied by a sense of lost hope, sadness, despair, struggle, and need for healing.
Whether it be a physical healing, a re-dedication, salvation, answers to life's questions, or just strength for today; He is our Redeemer, All We Need, our Portion, our Healer!
