Mark's Melon Patch

Last weekend we traveled over to Lee County to visit Mark's Melon Patch with some friends of ours. There's an excitement that accompanies fall that seemed to embrace us in the midst of all the pumpkins, vibrant colorful flowers, and sweet fellowship with friends. We hope to make this a family tradition for years to come. Even though this is Hannan's first fall, we believe he had a great time and enjoyed every minute!

Hannan pats Mr. Scarecrow on the head as he does all his new friends! Mr. Scarecrow was happy to oblige.

Pumpkins, pumpkins everywhere! Hannan is fine with all the pumpkins-he is just wondering why his mom made him sit on the changing pad. I think he'd like to get a few grass stains on those khaki shorts or at least just get to play in the dirt like the older kids!

The boys peak through for a cute picture!
The best part about this picture is what you don't see-Jay is the one holding Hannan over to let him peak through and
telling me the whole time to "hurry up"!

Hannan had lots of fun with his friends. It was hard to get everybody together and sitting still for a picture, but we managed
to catch a few of them for a quick shot!

Thanks to our friends for letting us tag along! We had so much fun!

Happy Fall Ya'll!!!

We were honored to accompany Hannan on his first pumpkin patch trip. You could see in his eyes he was ready to run with the older ones. Just wait till next year, Hannan. You'll show em what its all about.

We go every year with my sister's children. The hay ride is now our favorite part. As Jenna says, not spooky, just pumpkins. Hannon is adorable as always!
